Handled with care.
How DiamondFlow uses information provided through this website.
Last updated: 10 October 2026
Who handles your information
DiamondFlow, based in Crawley, West Sussex, is responsible for the information you provide when you enquire about vehicle care. For questions or requests about your information, contact info.diamondflow@gmail.com.
What we collect
An enquiry may include your name, email, telephone, postcode, company, vehicle requirements and any information you choose to provide. Please do not include financial details, identity documents, security codes or other sensitive information.
Where you arrive through a campaign, the enquiry can include campaign labels, your entry page and the referring website’s hostname. These help us understand the source of an enquiry. Full external referral URLs and unrelated query parameters are not collected.
Why we use it
We use your details to respond, assess service availability, prepare a proposal and discuss or manage agreed work. For an individual enquiry or service, this may be necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract or to perform the contract. For company contacts and general enquiries, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to relevant business communications. Security checks support our legitimate interest in protecting the service from misuse.
An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. We do not sell enquiry information or publish client names or vehicle images without permission.
Who processes it
Cloudflare hosts the website and securely stores enquiries. Abuse protection uses short-lived verification tokens and request limits. A salted hash of your IP address is retained briefly for these checks; the raw address is not stored in the enquiry database. Where Turnstile verification is enabled, Cloudflare may also process technical information such as IP addresses and browser signals. Read Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Turnstile privacy information.
Enquiries are saved in private Cloudflare storage. Where email notifications or an enquiry management integration are configured, details are also passed securely to that provider, which processes them on our behalf. Some providers may process information outside the UK. The active provider and any international processing arrangements relevant to your enquiry can be explained on request.
How long we keep it
Website enquiry records are automatically removed from the Cloudflare enquiry store after 180 days. Short-lived verification records expire after 30 minutes and abuse-protection records after their limit window. We may delete records sooner when no longer needed. Enquiry correspondence held in our email or enquiry management system is kept only for as long as needed to respond and manage the relevant discussion. Information relating to agreed work may need to be retained for accounting, contractual or legal purposes. You can ask about the retention of your particular enquiry.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction or deletion of your information, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where consent is the basis, you may withdraw it. To make a request, contact us using the details above or the general enquiry form.
You can raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Cookies and website measurement
This site does not set advertising cookies or use browser storage for campaign attribution. Campaign labels are carried through relevant internal links and attached to the enquiry you choose to submit. Security services may use technical information necessary to prevent abuse.
The website does not install advertising trackers or record form contents in analytics. If optional measurement that needs consent is introduced later, it must be explained here and run only with appropriate consent.
Changes
This notice will be updated when the website’s processing or service arrangements change.
